Glad that the AI wave has already stabilized. Mobilization has happened. Proof points are stronger than ever. How about we merge ESG and AI together and create powerful techniques to provide confidence to the leaders. I was speaking to a Chief Data Officer of a large Food and Beverage organization and he mentioned to me that the wave needs to be managed in chunks and it will be important we create proper gates around ESG transformation readiness. Predicting with data for ESG business models is new. There is a reason why. ESG data collection is not that mature yet. But it is there. Web-crawling techniques, data collection based on transactions in manufacturing and supply chain are becoming pretty common practices nowadays. What we need to be aware of is how we segregate customer readiness towards this. Some customers will be quickly picking this area up, some are already doing this and some are behind. Having a custom approach will be key to manage the wave. Also, it is critical to understand that not all customers need to go through all the steps to achieve the ESG business models. A toll-gate approach will be critical to embrace AI with ESG readiness.
